Find Hospice and Palliative Care
Hospice care provides physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to people who are terminally ill, allowing them to spend their final days with dignity and peace. Hospice services are often provided within the home, with visiting doctors, nurses, and clergy attending to the needs to the patient. People can also receive hospice care in a nursing home facility, a dedicated hospice center, or a hospital. Palliative care, on the other hand, focuses on relieving the pain and symptoms of serious, but not necessarily, life-threatening illnesses.
Our Hospice Finder contains more than 4,500 hospice and palliative care locations in the United States and Canada. To find a hospice facility in the United States, click a state in the following list. On the pages that appear, the facilities are sorted by county and then by the name.
